To help us solve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • The email address you use in the app (if different from the one you’re sending from)

  • Device type (e.g., iPhone 13)

  • iOS version (e.g., iOS 18.1)

  • TapTime Baseball app version (found in your device’s Settings or App Store)

  • A clear description of the issue, including:

    • What you were doing when the issue happened

    • Any error messages you saw

    • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

Types of Support We Provide

You can contact us for help with:

  • Problems with game modes (Season, VS Mode, Ranked Mode, Pottstown Scout Team, etc.)

Please note that response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.

Refunds & Purchases

All purchases made through the Apple App Store (including in-app purchases) are processed by Apple.
If you need help with a billing issue or refund, please:

  1. Open the App Store on your device

  2. Go to your Account / Purchases

  3. Follow Apple’s instructions for reporting a problem or requesting a refund
