Add your shades and protection plan in the same cart, then check out.

A plan protects a single pair of shades, so, if you want to buy a plan for every pair of shades in your cart, just add the same number of plan as shades.

If your shades and plan are in separate orders, your plan will not apply to your shades order

Step 2: Contact Us

If your shades break, within one year of purchase, you can request replacement shades by filling out the form below (or click here).

Your form lets us review your request and provides us your contact info. When you fill out your form, provide as much info as you think may be helpful to us. We want to provide the best customer service we can!

Step 3: Pay Invoice

Once we verify your request, we'll work on processing it and shipping out your replacement shades. To protect your replacement shades, pay just $19.99 extra.

Your replacement shades will be the same style and color as your protected shades. If those shades are out of stock, your replacements will be similarly-priced shades of another color
