Orders placed before 12 PM EST, excluding on holidays and weekends, ship the same day, except during times of high order volume. Orders placed after 12 PM EST are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

After we receive an order, it ships from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (on average), excluding holidays and weekends. Once shipped, orders take an additional 2-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, to arrive at destinations within the contiguous U.S., depending on shipping method. All transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Friday (Day 1): Customer places order at 3 pm EST for delivery in Chicago, IL, USA
  
• Saturday (Day 2): No action taken
  
• Sunday (Day 3): No action taken
  
• Monday (Day 4): Order ships from Bradenton, FL, USA
  
• Tuesday (Day 5): Order in transit
  
• Wednesday (Day 6): Order in transit
  
• Thursday (Day 7): Order delivered to customer
  

Free (economy) shipping applies to orders $39.99 and above (the minimum of $39.99 may change during sales). Average transit times range from 2-7 days, once the order ships, for destinations within the contiguous U.S.
