The BBCOR Barrel Finder 2 Pack is designed to help players, parents, coaches, and bat enthusiasts quickly compare the barrel profiles of different BBCOR bats and see exactly where each bat reaches the maximum regulation 2 5/8" barrel diameter.


Not all BBCOR barrels are shaped the same. Some bats reach their full 2 5/8" diameter farther down the barrel, while others have a longer taper before reaching maximum size. That difference can matter.


WHY BARREL SIZE MATTERS


A bat that reaches its full barrel diameter earlier can provide a larger, longer hitting surface through the contact zone. That can create more forgiveness on slightly missed contact and may help a hitter maintain better exit velocity and carry when the ball is not struck perfectly on the center of the barrel.


Simply put:

Bigger + Longer Barrel = More Barrel at the Plate.
Depending on the bat design and impact location, an earlier full-size barrel may help provide:
