If your VELO shades become lost, within one year of purchase, we'll replace them. That's almost 50-70% savings vs. buying new shades! Here's how it works:

1. Buy shades + warranty (one warranty covers one pair of shades)*
2. If your shades break, within one year of purchase, just fill out the form below
3. Once we receive your request, we'll start working on shipping your replacement shades or reach out to you for more information

*Warranty valid only when order includes shades and warranty. Warranty expires one year from date of purchase. Replacements will be same style and color as warrantied shades. If those shades are out of stock, the replacements will be similarly-priced shades of another color
